The stomach is the hardest place to lose weight, but with consistent exercise and a healthy diet, it’s very possible! The fiber in the oatmeal helps to lower cholesterol and sugar levels and flushes out your system. Bananas have high levels of tryptophan, which converts to serotonin. (happy mood brain neurotransmitter)  Bananas also aid in digestion and are a natural antacid. Honey isn’t just sugar, it has small amounts of a wide variety of vitamins like iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and zinc to name a few. This list is in no way exhaustive because there are many more nutritional benefits. There isn’t a way to spot reduce fat, but keeping your digestive system cleaned out, helps to burn that stubborn belly fat. Replacing one of your meals with a shake or smoothie will definitely have you on the road to losing weight, especially if you replace your dinner with one. In all, this shake is just good for you, plus it taste good!
