5 Gorgeous Smelling Scents For Your Home

So Thanksgiving will be here in a couple of weeks and some of you may be entertaining family and friends from out of town. If you’re like me, you love to go places that smell good. When I was a kid there was a candy store inside the mall that was completely made of wood and it had every flavor candy cane that you could think of. I always visited there when I went not only for the candy, but for the sweet smell that enchanted me time and time again. It’s the same thing for people’s houses that I visit. I always want to go back to the houses that have that warm and inviting scent. I know you want your home to smell delish for the holidays so I’ve corralled 5 products that have gorgeous scents….you ready? Let’s get into it!

Bath & Body Works’ Frosted Cranberry Candle smells good enough to eat! They’ve captured a bit of holiday nostalgia in this candle with it’s warm but sweet scented fragrance featuring white cranberry, luscious peach and juicy raspberry…yum! This scent is sure to make everyone feel warm and comfy.

If you love the beach like I do, you’ll love the Pacifica’s Malibu Blossom Soy Candle. Clean smelling lemon is mixed with fresh herbs and a dash of salty sea breeze for a candle that puts you in the mood to clean up, which is always a good thing!

Once when I was visiting my in-laws, this Twisted Peppermint Hand Wash was in the bathroom. After I left the bathroom, I just kept smelling my hands. The only way I can describe this scent is if a peppermint and bubblegum were to collide in a harmonious way that completely balances each other out. The edge has been taken off the peppermint in the most delicate way. You’d be surprised what people remember about going over your house, often times it’s the little touches and details that make a home special.

I love pumpkin scented candles and I love cupcakes, so this Pumpkin Cake Candle from Bath & Body Works wins life. End. Of. Story.

The Orange Splash Candle by Yankee Candle has a clean and effervescent scent that is bright and inviting. I think that orange smelling candles should be burned when you want to give a good impression. Nothing says “my house is truly clean,” like a fresh orange smelling candle.

I’m curious to know what are your favorite candles to burn when company comes over? Most people have a candle scent that  they absolutely love and I want to know  all  about it!
